2. The site is not a contract
What you see here is for information only. Each project is governed by its own proposal and contract, signed in writing, with its scope, dates and price. If anything on this site doesn't match what was signed, what was signed prevails.
When we say a website is “ready in a week”, we mean the scope agreed in the proposal. The week starts when we receive what we need from you (photos, information about your business and access) and assumes the rounds of revisions are answered on time. Results from ads, traffic or sales depend on factors we don't control, so we don't guarantee them.
3. The demos
The demos in the showcase are examples created by Venture to show what we can build. Plomada, Lucernario, Voladizo, Bayluz, The Meridian, Visto, Voltaire, Aplasta, Comensal and Candil are sample brands: they don't exist and don't represent any real company, and any resemblance to a real company, person or product is coincidental.
- Their copy, prices, data, addresses and phone numbers are examples. They are not offers and can't be bought or booked.
- Their photos and videos come from stock libraries, used under their license, or were made by Venture.
- Their forms, bookings and calculators are examples: they don't send or store anything you type.
- The demos don't appear in search engines and may change or be removed without notice.
4. The projects we show
The client websites and systems that appear on the site are work done by Venture and are shown as samples of our work, with images only and without the client's name or link. Those websites, their brands and their content belong to their owners. If you own one and would rather it not appear, write to us and we'll remove it.
The figures visible in the screenshots correspond to the moment each one was taken and are not a promise of results for any other project.
5. Ownership of content
The Venture brand, this site, its copy, design, code, videos, animations and the demos are ours or used under license. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. What we build for a client belongs to that client under the terms of their contract.
6. Proper use
By using the site you agree not to try to access areas that aren't public, interfere with how it works, scrape its content automatically or use it for anything illegal or harmful to others.
7. Third-party services and links
The site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Cal.com and ventureai.com.co. Each one has its own terms and privacy policy, and we are not responsible for their content or for how they work.
8. Liability
We make sure the site works and that its information is accurate, but it is provided as is, without a guarantee that it will be available at all times or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from using the site or being unable to use it. Nothing here limits the rights the law grants you that cannot be waived.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. We'll first try to resolve any disagreement by talking with you; if that isn't possible, it will be settled by the courts of Medellín, unless the law gives you the right to go to others.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is the one published here, with its date. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy and cookies in the cookie policy.
This English version is provided for convenience. If there is any difference between it and the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.
